Effective September 29, 2026. This policy covers the Jelly High iOS app and its support website, provided by Valentino Rusconi.
Jelly High does not collect or transmit personal data. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, accounts, purchases, or third-party SDKs. Scores, daily bests, selected colors, and sound preferences are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes that local progress.
Sharing is optional. The app passes your score text to the iOS share sheet only when you tap the share button. You choose the recipient and service. That service’s privacy policy applies to the information you send.
If you email support, we receive your email address and the contents you send, and use them to respond to your request. The website is hosted by Netlify, which may process standard request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the site. We do not add analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
The app does not request personal information from any player, including children. Do not send children’s personal information in support requests.
